A New Beginning

Do yourself a favor.
Get up early tomorrow morning, and watch the sun come up. Consider this: You have a temporal blank canvas; a time frame of 16-19 hours (depending on how much rest you take in sleep) on which to paint anything you want, within the parameters of your daily duties. You cannot always control what you have to do, but you have absolute say over how you do it. I'm finding this gives a whole new perspective on things, especially if I've taken a while beforehand to talk to God about expectations for the day, and get His input via His Word. Hold in mind those expectations you have for the day if they're up-beat, lift and dump the ones that aren't and thank God for moving obstacles that could be in the way.
He's given us quite a number of resources to be able to deal with the challenges and "bummers" in life - just take a look at Ephesians 1:1-11 for a brief inventory - and you'd be amazed what happens when it's brought to bear!

or as me and the goddess say "today is the first day of the rest of your don't fuck it up."
